The technology of CO2 lasers with a wavelength of 10,600 nm enables cutting and engraving of materials such as plexiglass, wood, leather, plastics, and glass.
Due to their low price and versatility, they have won a permanent place in industrial and advertising companies. Due to the way the laser beam is controlled, there are two types of devices that use the laser:
- plotter-type devices (universal devices);
- marking devices - galvo engraver (a device many times faster in engraving than a plotter structure).
In our offer you can find CO2 plotters and markers of different power. As we are a manufacturer of the above-mentioned devices, we can provide "customer-specific" configuration for specific applications.
CO2 laser markers are modern mechanical-optical-electronic devices. Thanks to the use of tilting mirrors, the laser beam is directed along the currently set path, creating a focused beam on the processed material with which we can mark, engrave and cut the processed material. Our laser devices are equipped with modern components, starting from the laser head and optics, through precise mechanical elements, and ending with advanced electronics and software. To ensure precise guidance of the laser beam, we used professional galvo drives with feedback. This solution provides the highest possible beam speed, which results in very high operating speeds.
Our devices can engrave up to 500-1200 characters per second. Marking machines with the above design are many times faster than plotter-type devices, which results in very high work efficiency.
The software allows you to work with raster and vector graphics. You can, for example, make an engraving using photography, cut and engrave any geometric elements, etc. - the only limitation is your imagination. The control system also allows you to load files from Excel, word, which enables quick personalization of products, e.g. plates with names.
As we are a manufacturer, we can provide efficient service - most of the spare parts are in our warehouse. The device is based on components from renowned global manufacturers, such as: Universal Laser System, Cambridge Technology - USA.
- Rotary attachment for working with round materials, e.g. bottles, sticks, rollers, pens, etc.
- Digital height reading for easy adjustment of the focal length of the lens
- Automatic working table that enlarges the working area of the marking machine,
and at the same time it can be used as an automatic machine for serial marking of small details
- Additional lenses
