I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The website operating at www.lasertechnik.pl is run by DK LASERTECHNIK Limited Liability Company entered into the register of entrepreneurs by the District Court for Kraków Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number: 0000385579, address of the place of business and address to deliveries: ul. Kornela Makuszyńskiego 22A, 31-752 Kraków, NIP: 6783131453, REGON: 121525312, e-mail address (e-mail): biuro@lasertechnik.pl, phone: +48 12 684 24 11

2. The website www.lasertechnik.pl operates in accordance with the principles set out in these Regulations.

3. The Regulations define the types and scope of services provided electronically by the website www.lasertechnik.pl, the rules for the provision of these services, the conditions for concluding and terminating contracts for the provision of electronic services, as well as the complaint procedure.

4. Each Customer, upon taking steps to use the Electronic Services of the website www.lasertechnik.pl, is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.

5. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions shall apply

a) the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended),

b) the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended) and other relevant provisions of Polish law.

 

II. DEFINITIONS

 

1. CONTACT FORM - a form available on the website www.lasertechnik.pl enabling the Customer to contact the Service Provider directly.

2. REGISTRATION FORM - the form available on the website www.lasertechnik.pl enabling the creation of an Account. The Registration Form allows you to create an Account corresponding to a specific Service Recipient.

3. ACCOUNT - a set of resources in the Service Provider's ICT system, marked with an individual name (login) and password provided by the Service Recipient, in which the Service Recipient's data is collected.

4. REGULATIONS - these website regulations.

5. SERVICE PROVIDER - DK LASERTECHNIK Limited Liability Company, ul. Kornela Makuszyńskiego 22A, 31-752 Kraków, NIP: 6783131453, REGON: 121525312.

6. SERVICE RECIPIENT - a natural person, legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, which the law grants legal capacity using the Electronic Service.

7. ELECTRONIC SERVICE - a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient via the website www.lasertechnik.pl

8. NEWSLETTER - an Electronic Service that allows the Service Recipient to subscribe to and receive free information from the Service Provider to the e-mail address provided by the Service Recipient.

 

III. TYPES SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

 

1.The Service Provider enables the use of Electronic Services via the website, such as:

a) using the Contact Form,

b) keeping the Account

c) using the Newsletter,

2. The provision of Electronic Services to the Customers takes place under the conditions specified in the Regulations.

 

IV. CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACTS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

 

1. Provision of Electronic Services specified in Chapter III point 1 of the Regulations by the Service Provider is free of charge.

2. The period for which the contract is concluded:

a) the contract for the provision of Electronic Services consisting in enabling the sending of a message via the Contact Form is concluded for a definite period of time and is terminated when the message is sent or the Customer ceases to send it.

b) The contract for the provision of Electronic Services consisting in maintaining the Account is concluded for an indefinite period.

c) the contract for the provision of Electronic Services consisting in the use of the Newsletter is concluded for an indefinite period.

3. Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the ICT system used by the Service Provider:

a) a computer with Internet access,

b) access to e-mail,

c) web browser,

d) enabling cookies and Javascript in the web browser.

4. The Service Recipient is obliged to use the website in a manner consistent with the law and morality with respect for personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.

5. The Service Recipient is obliged to enter data consistent with the facts.

6. The Service Recipient is prohibited from providing illegal content.

 

V. CONDITIONS FOR TERMINATION OF CONTRACTS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

 

1. Termination of the contract for the provision of Electronic Services:

a) The contract for the provision of Electronic Services of a continuous and indefinite nature (e.g. using the Newsletter) may be terminated.

b) The Service Recipient may terminate the contract with immediate effect and without giving reasons by sending an appropriate statement via e-mail to the following address: biuro@lasertechnik.pl

c) The Service Provider may terminate the contract for the provision of Electronic Services of a continuous and indefinite nature if the Service Recipient violates the Regulations, in particular when he provides unlawful content after an unsuccessful prior call to cease violations with an appropriate deadline. In such a case, the contract expires after 7 days from the date of submitting the declaration of will to terminate it (notice period).

d) The termination leads to termination of the legal relationship with effect for the future.

2. The Service Provider and the Service Recipient may terminate the contract for the provision of Electronic Services at any time by agreement of the parties.

 

VI. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

 

1. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:

a) Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services via the website may be submitted by the Service Recipient via e-mail to the following address: biuro@lasertechnik.pl

b) In the above e-mail, please provide as much information and circumstances as possible regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of irregularities and contact details. The information provided will significantly facilitate and accelerate the consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider.

c) Consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider takes place immediately, not later than within 14 days.

d) The Service Provider's response to the complaint is sent to the Customer's e-mail address provided in the complaint or in another manner provided by the Customer.

 

VII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

1. All content on the website at www.lasertechnik.pl is protected by copyright and is the property of DK LASERTECHNIK Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Kornela Makuszyńskiego 22A, 31-752 Kraków, NIP: 6783131453, REGON: 121525312. The Service Recipient bears full responsibility for any damage caused to the Service Provider, resulting from the use of any content on www.lasertechnik.pl, without the Service Provider's consent.

2. Any use by anyone, without the express written consent of the Service Provider, of any of the elements constituting the content and content of the website www.lasertechnik.pl constitutes a breach of the Service Provider's copyright and results in civil and criminal liability.

 

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

 

1. Contracts concluded via the website are concluded in accordance with Polish law.

2. In the event of non-compliance of any part of the Regulations with applicable law, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply in place of the challenged provision of the Regulations.
