The Fiber Laser marking machine is a modern device for engraving and marking, equipped with a professional fiber laser source. The laser technology used ensures even more accurate and faster work compared to devices available on the market. The most important advantage, however, is that the Fiber Laser marking machine has an unimaginable operating time of the laser source, which is over 100,000 hours.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A modern control system allows the marking machine to cooperate with a PC (desktop or laptop) equipped with the Windows operating system. The marking machine also has its own software in Polish, which works with popular graphic programs, such as CorelDraw, PhotoShop, AutoCad, etc. - using the above-mentioned. software, we can import files of various types, which the program converts to its own format.

The electronics of the device are based on advanced and reliable FPGA matrices, which in cooperation with a professional laser beam guiding team (precise galvanometer units) allow to obtain an even thinner, stronger and, most importantly, the most effective output beam. The entire electronic system is closed in a small housing, which makes it easier to locate the device at the workplace.

 

The Fiber laser works with a wavelength of about 1064 - 1080 nm (similar to Nd: YAG markers), which enables the processing of materials unavailable for the popular CO2 technology. The fiber marking machine is distinguished from other machines of this type by the lack of the need for continuous maintenance in terms of cleaning the elements of the laser optics (laser beam excited in the optical fiber, hermetic housing eliminating the ingress of pollutants and exhaust gases into the device), which greatly facilitates its operation and reduces its cost.

 

Using the Fiber Laser technology, we obtain clearer and more precise shapes of the processed elements (e.g. letters or patterns) compared to the old YAG technology. The laser beam can be focused to a smaller diameter, which results in a higher power density, which results in increased work efficiency, especially with deeper engraving.

 

This device is mainly used for marking and engraving metals (steel, copper, gold, silver, alloys, etc.), metal oxides and other metallic materials, plastics, colored plexiglass. It is perfect for marking electronic components, nameplates, mechanical elements such as, for example, pistons of combustion engines, workshop tools, sheets and rollers. It can also be used for marking leather goods, packaging, dishes, plastic housings, key rings, pens, mugs, etc.

 

Laser engraving, unlike marking, allows for deep selection of the material according to the designated pattern. This technology is used to make metal seals, sealers, precise elements in injection molds, etc.
